2. Applicable law
Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Estonian law, including the Personal Data Protection Act (isikuandmete kaitse seadus).

When you contact us by email or telephone, we may process:
- name and company name,
- email address and telephone number,
- content of your inquiry and related correspondence,
- technical data necessary to operate the website (for example cookie preference storage).
4. Purposes and legal bases
- responding to inquiries and preparing a possible business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) and/or (f) GDPR),
- operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- complying with legal obligations under Estonian or EU law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Correspondence is kept only for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and related follow-up, or for a longer period if required by Estonian accounting or other mandatory law.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be disclosed to hosting, email or professional service providers only where necessary to operate the company, and to public authorities where required by law.
